Our Why
Nicholas Jones spent the first fifteen years of his career working in a variety of Blended roles within the Utilities industry. His biggest frustration was not being able to find a way to manage his type of project work effectively. Neither Waterfall or Agile provided a solution. Gantt Charts and Kanban Boards were ineffective. Inevitably, this leads to workload overwhelm and burnout.
After leaving the workforce to start his own business, he decided to focus on fixing this problem once and for all. Over the years, this evolved into the Progressive Planning methodology.
Realising its potential to help others, he created Disrupt Engage, an organisation dedicated to helping employees overcome their greatest challenges.
